Design
The Alvechurch Thrush is a 66ft long, 6 berth semi traditional stern narrowboat. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.
Features
There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is a double-filtered drinking water system. There is carpeting in the saloon and bedrooms. Carpeting in saloon and bedrooms.
Saloon (living room)
Radio/CD player, colour TV/DVD player.
Galley (Kitchen)
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces. Also supplied are a microwave; toaster and Cafetiere
Bathroom
There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and a shower or hip bath/shower, and a 240v shaver socket.

Berths
As this is a 6 berth boat, there is a choice of a double berth or two singles in both the rear and centre cabins. These beds have interior sprung mattresses. An optional dinette/double or two single berths is available in the saloon.
Electric
The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk). 12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead).
Welcome Pack
A Welcome Pack is provided, consisting of washing-up liquid (x1); dishcloth (x1); tea towel (x1); floor cloth (x1); toilet roll and bin liner.
